- What information do I need to give to the users?
The three main points are:
- When you have 20-30 minutes, go to www.idiassessment.com
- Enter your username (00XX-XXXX) and password (XXX). The username and password are case sensitive.
- After reading the directions carefully, complete the survey. Please submit it at the end.

- I have a user who can’t log in. I tried the username and password and didn’t have any problems. How can I help the user?
Ask if the user has the web browser set to not accept cookies. The login requires cookies to be accepted.
